Shanil Lal
Principal Solicitor
Shanil is a highly skilled and knowledgeable corporate lawyer with more than 10 years of legal experience working middle market and institutional deals at top tier and global firms in Sydney including MinterEllison, PwC, Norton Rose Fulbright and Clayton Utz, having started his career as a cadet in PwC’s HNWI tax team.
Shanil is highly experienced in end-to-end legal aspects of M&A transactions – including both buy side and sell side due diligence as well as transaction document drafting and negotiation. While developing his transactional experience, Shanil has also advised many individual clients on their general business and commercial affairs as well as the personal affairs of individuals and business owners.
